We're the IT team your business never had.
Sonoran Tech Advisors was built for one reason: small businesses in the Phoenix metro deserve the same quality of IT support that big companies take for granted — without the big-company price tag or the runaround.
How we got here
Sonoran Tech Advisors started with a simple observation: small businesses were getting left behind. The big managed service providers focused on enterprise clients. The break-fix shops were reactive and unpredictable. And the in-house IT hire was out of reach for most businesses under 50 employees.
We set out to fill that gap — a local Phoenix team that treats every client like their technology actually matters. Because it does. Your network going down isn't an inconvenience. It's lost revenue, frustrated employees, and customers who can't reach you.
Today we serve businesses across the Phoenix metro area — from Scottsdale to Chandler, Tempe to Peoria. Our clients range from 5-person professional services firms to 40-person retail operations. What they all have in common: they needed a reliable IT partner, not just a vendor.
Proudly serving the Phoenix metro
We're based in Phoenix and serve businesses throughout Maricopa County — including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Anthem, Surprise, Desert Hills, and Cave Creek/Carefree, and surrounding areas. On-site visits are available across the metro. Remote support is available anywhere.
What we believe
Proactive beats reactive
We'd rather catch a problem before it takes your business offline than bill you for emergency repairs. Our monitoring and maintenance approach is built around preventing issues, not just fixing them.
Plain language, always
We don't hide behind jargon. When we tell you what's wrong and what we're doing about it, you'll actually understand the answer. No tech-speak, no condescension.
Local means accountable
We're not a national chain with a call center in another time zone. We're your neighbors. When something goes wrong, you're talking to someone who can actually be at your office.
Flat-rate or nothing
Hourly billing creates a conflict of interest — the longer a problem takes, the more we'd make. We don't operate that way. Flat-rate pricing means we're incentivized to fix things right the first time.
The people behind the work
A small, experienced team — not a revolving door of contractors.
With over 20 years of IT industry experience, Abraham has led technology initiatives for both small businesses and large organizations. He founded Sonoran Tech Advisors to bring enterprise-level expertise directly to the Phoenix-area small businesses that need it most.
